Welcome to my 2026 campaign website. Here I will look at Council’s achievements over the previous four years, and my own insights and goals for the coming four years with some commentary on important local issues.

As your Mayor, I have led our Town back to financial stability, with a budgetary surplus for each of the eight years I have been in office.

COVID programs that Pelham initiated were, in many instances, copied by other area municipalities since they proved so effective. The Town’s finance department has won awards for its exceptional performance.

With steady leadership more important than ever, I know that I have the skills required to guide Pelham through these economically uncertain times.

Pelham’s unique identity must be preserved

What is or isn’t accomplished in the next four-year term could very easily decide whether our Town continues to stand independently, within a Regional framework, or is amalgamated by the Province with one or more of our neighbouring municipalities—as they see fit, without our consent.

That’s why this election is so very important, and the great thing is you, the voter, get to decide who sits at the table. It is imperative that you ask all candidates where they stand on the amalgamation issue. Will they fight to protect Pelham’s unique identity, or are they in favour of amalgamation?

I have made my stance well known. I believe our Town deserves its own identity, and I will fight to ensure we preserve it.
