The Municipal Elections Act requires that all campaigns collect the above information for donations.

Note that only personal donations are permitted. Donations may not be accepted from businesses, churches, charities, unions, or community groups or associations. The maximum amount that you may donate to the campaign is $1200, but we gratefully appreciate any and all contributions!
